Software as a Service

New BPM Platform

Software-as-service is a way of providing software applications over the internet, rather than installing them at a customer's premises. It allows users to access their applications from anywhere, using only a standard browser, without the need for complex IT installations or ongoing IT operations administration costs. The actual applications are installed (hosted) once on a remote server somewhere on the Internet, and can be configured to support multiple customers (multi-tenanting). The combination of Internet-hosted servers, data farms and cheap broadband access that facilitates this way of delivering software is known as ‘the cloud'.

Process Monitoring

The Singularity Process Platform's Monitor provides visibility into the effectiveness of business processes and insight into overall business performance measured against strategic key performance indicators.

Click for larger imageThe Monitor's comprehensive Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) functionality allows organizations to define monitoring points across each step in a business process. Performance data and business intelligence is gathered at each of these points during process execution and reported in real-time. The data is also recorded and can be subsequently analyzed. The Monitor includes an easy-to-configure dashboard for visual display of real-time and historic performance information. User definable reports are provided for viewing and analyzing historical data.

Download brochureReal-time Dashboard - the management dashboard provides an easy-to-use view of process performance. The dashboard is fully user configurable, with the customer being able to choose which data to show and how it should be displayed (e.g. bar-chart, speed gauge or other format).

Detailed Metrics - customers can configure the Monitor to measure any business indicators, such as utilization, capacity availability, delivery cycle times, cost of execution.

Alerting and Exception handling - the Monitor can be configured to either trigger alerts or entirely new processes when pre-defined thresholds are reached, for example when a backlog of customer cases reaches a specific level.
